Disney has created a simple way to acknowledge and appreciate cast members for the hard work and dedication they put into creating magical experiences for guests. For those traveling to Walt Disney World or Disneyland, cast member compliments can be given right through the app. Simply launch the app for the park you are visiting, select the three lines at the bottom right of the screen, scroll towards the bottom and select "Cast Compliment". Follow the prompts and submit your compliment. It is helpful if you have the name of the cast member as well as their hometown or favorite character as listed on their name tag. This helps customer service pass your compliment along to the correct cast members. Guests may also visit City Hall to express appreciation towards a cast member. For those sailing on Disney Cruise Line, you will receive a survey the last night of your cruise. On the survey, you can include the names of cast members who have gone above and beyond to make your vacation memorable and magical.
